PANDA company held various workers vocational skills contest

To promote the smooth progress of the company's production, improve the quality of workers, optimize the structure of the work forces, and further mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the learning technology of employee, panda company held various workers vocational skills contest from September to October.

 

 "Works Vocational Skills Contest" has been formally staged with the driving skills competition on September 24. On October 16, all the races of the contest were successfully concluded after nearly a month of intense competition. The contest has a total of four welding, electrician, forklift, driving, a total of 57 workshop staff participate in this competition after selection of each workshop. Contest on a  production positions platform, to combined of the contest content and staff skills training, to carry out competition project technical review, to promote the winning players unique skill, to make the contest into a new lesson of teaching and learning , into a new platform of exchanges and communication of technology.
